It all started in my grandad’s garage - Astoria, a car body shop in North London specialising in repairs and restoration.

 

At 18, I joined the family business as an apprentice, learning the craft from the ground up and working alongside my granddad Fred, Uncle Tony and the resident cat.

Fast forward a few years, the family garage was sold, but my passion for automobile repairs and restoration remained. Taking the invaluable experience, I had gained at Astoria, I continued my journey at Crowden Coachworks after relocating from London to Flackwell Heath, Buckinghamshire.

My son Charlie joined the Crowden team, training alongside me to become a skilled car bodywork and car paint specialist.
